Imagination is real

Flowing Into New Potentials

Be it through diving into technological advancements and AI or daydreaming the fantastical, here are three scenarios, aka potentials, from my journal. They take place not through the brain, but through the imagination. With everything possible in the now moment, imagination becomes real.

No. 1, On Demand
I walk into the art store and request a 36×40″ museum grade canvas with 1.50 frame and 48oz jars of teal, fuchsia and gold oil paint. I leave to then go walk at a near by park. While at the park, my items are being made via 3D printing. Upon my return, I pick them up and pack them into my autonomous flying car and head home. Another option would have been to order them online to be delivered via a drone same day. I just wasn’t feeling into this option. I like dropping by the art store to talk with the business coop owner and checking out the latest technology. It seems like each visit there is something new where the impossible is made possible via this technology. My 3D home printer is for everyday items like a toothbrush, towel, tableware, shoes and clothing. Businesses these days have multiple owners which leaves each person with the freedom for spontaneous work schedules, personal leisure, family and friends.

No. 2, Becoming Art
My friend, Tamara, is having a special gallery event of her current abstract paintings, which I am now attending. As I walk through the gallery I feel into the energy of each paintings essence. Each one so sensual and delightful. After viewing the last painting, I make my way to the far end of the gallery where Tamara is demoing how you can wear/become one of her paintings. On a kiosk she selects which painting and what parts (color, texture, shapes, etc) of the painting become her hair, clothes, eyes, skin, fingernails, down to every detail. After all her selections were made she took her place on a designated platform behind a clear protective panel. Colored lights from above came shining down and swirled extremely fast around Tamara, so much that her figure could no longer be seen. It seemed like in a matter of an instant the lights stopped and there was Tamara wearing the chosen painting just as planned, down to every detail. By the end of the evening, everyone attending wore/became one of Tamaras’ abstract paintings. Another extraordinary feature of this fantastical technology is, if you wanted to switch out to a different painting during the evening, that was also possible just by going through the same process again. There was a built in feature for coming back to your original Self, the painting you wore/became would simply disappear after the designated frames* you entered into the kiosk. By end of the evening everyone left the gallery just as they came.

*frames – like a movie film, the visual others saw and the embodiment the person became lasted in the measurement of frames – making it all an illusional reality, and yet very real.

No. 3, It’s Just There
I’m out for a beautiful morning nature walk taking in the air, light, smells, sounds, colors and what ever else comes my way to sense, mmmmmmmm. I feel into this and imagine my Self creating a painting of this sensual experience. Within the next several steps taken, an opening in a wildflower field appears with an easel, canvas, paints, brushes, water, rags, all materials needed to begin painting. Truly an invitation to enter into a spontaneous and grand celebration of sensual Self expression. I paint! When finished I leave the painting and all materials in the open field and continue the rest of my walk and return home. Upon returning home, magnificently displayed on my living room wall is the painting I created in the field.

From my inner, playful, child-like, expansive, free spirit Self – bring it all together, what if imagination is in the driver’s seat and the brain & mind are along for the ride. The longer imagination is in the drivers seat the brain & mind get used to this new way of being and decide to assist imagination in new creations that are beyond anything they know. It all becomes natural. Imagination becomes/is real. Fun & Injoy.
